Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 

If you receive a damaged or broken product, take a picture of the product immediately and send us on support@NexZenExtracts.com and we will look into the problem and resolve it as soon as possible. All requests for the return should be done within 15 days of your delivery date. After a request is made, it may take 4-7 business days to return the product. 

If you receive a wrong product by mistake or just want to exchange the product you can easily contact our support team on the reference given above. If you have any questions about the return process, you can contact the team and we will resolve it within the given time. Our team will give instructions on how to send the item back. We will replace the product if you receive the wrong product. 

If you want a return do not panic and contact our support team. Mention your name, order id and our problem. If you receive another flavor of product , you can ask for a return.  

Eligibility for return: the return request should be made within 15 days of your delivery date. 

Non returnable products: opened or used products will not be returned in any case.
